Federal University of Agriculture Bassambiri Admission List 2026/2027
The Federal University of Agriculture, Bassambiri, has been reported to have uploaded its 2026/2027 provisional admission list to the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Central Admissions Processing System, known as JAMB CAPS. Candidates who participated in the university’s admission screening exercise can check their individual admission status through the JAMB portal to find out whether they have been offered admission.
To check the admission status, candidates should visit the official JAMB eFacility portal at https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/ and sign in using their registered details. From the dashboard, select the admission status option, choose the relevant examination year, and proceed to CAPS. Open the Admission Status section to see the current response attached to the application. Candidates should ensure that they are using the correct JAMB profile.
Applicants who see an admission offer should carefully confirm the institution and programme displayed before accepting it. Candidates can accept or reject an offer through the approved JAMB process. Those who accept should follow subsequent instructions for printing their JAMB admission letter and completing any registration steps announced by the university. Applicants should not pay unofficial agents who claim they can secure or influence admission.
Candidates whose CAPS status shows “Admission in Progress”, “Recommended”, “Pending” or “Not Admitted” should read the message carefully. These responses do not all mean the same thing, and a status that has not yet changed may indicate that the application is still being processed. Candidates should continue checking JAMB CAPS and official university announcements for further updates rather than assuming that admission has been permanently denied.
Applicants should also confirm that their O’Level results and other required admission details have been correctly uploaded to their JAMB profiles. Incorrect or missing information may affect admission processing. Candidates who discover an error should use the appropriate official JAMB or university channel to resolve it. Meeting the general UTME requirement alone does not guarantee admission, as candidates must also satisfy the requirements for their chosen programme.
Although the admission-list report is available, candidates should confirm the university’s identity and admission instructions through an official institutional channel before making payments or submitting sensitive information. I could not independently verify a university-issued notice confirming the release on an official website. Applicants should therefore use JAMB CAPS to check their personal status and rely on verified institutional announcements for acceptance fees, registration dates and other next steps.
