FUAHSE Post UTME/Direct Entry Form for 2026/2027 Admission
Federal University of Allied Health Sciences, Enugu, has invited suitably qualified candidates to apply for the 2026/2027 undergraduate admission exercise through UTME and Direct Entry.
The online process starts on 8 June 2026 and closes on 19 August 2026.
Who can apply for FUAHSE Post UTME?
UTME candidates who scored at least 150 in the 2026 JAMB examination may apply.
Candidates who did not choose Federal University of Allied Health Sciences, Enugu as first choice may also apply, provided they visit the JAMB website and change their school choice to FUAHSE.
Who can apply through Direct Entry?
Direct Entry candidates must be holders of ND, HND or First Degree, with O’Level credits in relevant disciplines.
The Direct Entry process also requires an academic transcript, which must reach The Registrar, Federal University of Allied Health Sciences, Enugu, not later than 19 August 2026.

How much is the FUAHSE Post UTME form?
Eligible UTME candidates are to pay a non-refundable fee of Two Thousand Naira only.
The stated UTME application fee is N2,000.00.
How much is the FUAHSE Direct Entry form?
Direct Entry candidates are to purchase the Direct Entry form through the University portal.
The stated Direct Entry fee is Thirty Thousand Naira only, which is N30,000.00.
How can candidates register for FUAHSE admission?
Candidates should complete the registration process through the University portal. Register on the FUAHSE admission portal
The registration steps are as follows:
- Visit the University portal.
- Enter the JAMB Registration Number to generate a payment invoice containing the Remita Retrieval Reference Number.
- Proceed to any bank with the payment invoice or pay with an ATM card.
- Return to the University portal.
- Click on “apply” to complete the application form.
- Enter O’Level results correctly.
- Confirm all details entered.
- Submit the application.
- Print the acknowledgement slip.
- Await further communication from the University.
Candidates who complete the registration process will be allowed access to a link for uploading O’Level credentials for screening.
What will the screening exercise be based on?
The 2026/2027 Post UTME and Direct Entry screening exercise will be based on verified JAMB scores and WASSC, GCE or NECO results uploaded on the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System.
Candidates are expected to ensure that their records on JAMB CAPS are correct before the deadline.
What should candidates know before submission?
Candidates must enter a valid mobile number and email address for further communication from the University.
They must also upload their O’Level results on the JAMB portal not later than 19 August 2026.
Candidates who fail to register within the stated period will not be qualified for the exercise and only candidates who successfully submit online applications will be considered for admission.
Applicants must also be 16 years and above.
What should Direct Entry candidates note?
Direct Entry candidates must ensure that their academic transcript reaches The Registrar, Federal University of Allied Health Sciences, Enugu, not later than 19 August 2026.
Any Direct Entry candidate whose academic transcript is not submitted will not be considered for admission.
What should applicants check before applying?
Applicants should check their JAMB score, course choice, payment category and O’Level upload status before submitting the form.
They should confirm the following:
- UTME score is at least 150, where applicable
- FUAHSE is the first-choice school on JAMB
- O’Level results are ready for entry and upload
- Valid phone number and email address are available
- Direct Entry transcript will reach the Registrar by 19 August 2026
- Registration will be completed before the closing date
Where JAMB regularisation is needed, the candidate is responsible for completing it.
