Pan-Atlantic University
Pan-Atlantic University (PAU) has adopted a minimum Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination score of 220 for candidates seeking undergraduate admission for the 2026 academic session. The benchmark was included among the university cut-off marks released following the 2026 Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board policy meeting on admissions.
The 220 mark represents the minimum UTME score required for admission consideration at Pan-Atlantic University. JAMB’s published 2026 list shows PAU at 220, while several other universities adopted different minimum thresholds for the same admission exercise.
PAU’s current undergraduate admissions information also confirms that candidates applying for its 2026 programmes must have written the 2026 JAMB examination and obtained at least 220. The university states that candidates who did not initially select PAU can still apply, although those offered admission will be required to process a change of institution to PAU.
Meeting the UTME benchmark is only one part of the admission requirements. Applicants must also satisfy the O’Level requirements for their chosen programme and provide the required information and supporting documents during the application process. PAU notes that candidates awaiting their O’Level results can also apply through its admission portal.
Programme-specific requirements may also differ depending on the course selected. For example, PAU’s Data Science programme requires relevant O’Level credits including English Language, Mathematics and Physics, while the required UTME subjects include English Language, Mathematics, Physics and another science subject. Candidates should therefore check the requirements for their particular programme before applying.
Prospective students who scored 220 or above in the 2026 UTME and intend to study at Pan-Atlantic University can proceed to review the university’s admission requirements and application process. Candidates should ensure that all information supplied during the application is accurate and continue monitoring the university’s official portal and communication channels for admission updates.
